If you are struggling with hunger and your calories for the day or more importantly for the week, are ON
AND
you are neither gaining or losing weight, as a general guideline physiologically you may be craving some nutrients you are not getting and need to up your “nutrient game”. The other factor that might be contributing to the hunger is the sheer volume of food you are eating. Increase the volume food selections and you will be more satiated. The two tend to work in tandem.
While not set in stone, generally at least 80 percent of your weekly intake should be high nutrient choices for long term success. #21strong #leagueofelite #fooddiscipline #healthyeating
