The 5 things we do on the daily that has made the biggest difference in helping us to stay super lean, perform optimally in the gym and make improvements even in our 40’s has been:
1. 6+ hours of sleep with bedtime at a consistently normal hour
2. 2+ litres of water daily
3. 30 minutes of training or exercise/movement
4. Nutrition on point calorie, protein and micro nutrients wise
4. 15+ minutes with some form of meditation, goal setting or learning that will move you forward.
We aim for a score of 8/10 in each of these categories minimum and keep ourselves accountable to the daily 5.
Most falter in one or more of these categories....usually worse, and get nowhere quickly.
