I have a rule that I try to live by to maximize the amount I do before the wear and tear of events of the day distract or sidetrack me:
The Top 4 priorities of the day MUST get done by Noon:
1. Physical exercise
2. The one critical work task that will move me forward in my life.
3. The one key conversation I need to have with someone important.
4. Impact one person’s life in a meaningful way.
