When looking at a way to reward our top guy, we brainstormed a lot of different ideas. Straight up cash was an easy solution. We've done that before in previous years and found that the winner would often spend the money on something pretty frivolous. A championship ring was another option as was a medal or a trophy. There is just something about a belt, however, that makes you want to work that much harder. Think of Ali, Tyson, MacGregor, Hulk Hogan, Ric Flair, GSP, all legends in sports and sports entertainment. We HAD to go with a belt, along with an experience of a lifetime in one of the most tropical destinations in the world, sunny Costa Rica.
