The two most important numbers in your Nutrition Plan, Calories and Protein need to be as precise as possible.
Calories: We take an inventory of your age, weight, height, lifestyle, fitness routine and work schedule and devise a plan to help you meet your needs whether its fat loss, maintenance or muscle gain. We target your required calories and make modifications as needed over the course of a few weeks to assist you in achieving your intended goal.
Protein: The 2nd most important number, your protein requirements, is needed to ensure that you are preserving or gaining much needed lean muscle mass as well as allowing your body to adequately repair itself. We help you meet your protein needs and help you implement a plan to get your protein in as efficiently and effectively as possible.
